At B78 Coaching, we're proud to feature Kristina Rody, a seasoned endurance athlete and coach with an impressive athletic and coaching background. Kristina's journey began at the University of Guelph, where she excelled in cross country and track, earning national titles and multiple accolades. She holds a Master's Degree in Rural Planning and Development and has trained under Canada's top endurance coaches.

Kristina's extensive experience includes a decade-long representation of Saucony Canada and coaching roles at the University of Guelph. With NCCP certifications in both running and triathlon, Kristina has a proven track record in guiding athletes to success.

Kristina’s Accomplishments:

  • CIS/OUA Cross-Country Champion

  • BC Senior Road Runner of the Year (2010)

  • Represented Canada at the World Cross-Country Championships twice

  • Personal bests include a marathon time of 2:48:08 and a half-marathon time of 1:17:15
